CSE Train-the-Trainer Workshop

Brothers and Sisters,

I don’t have to tell you Michigan workers are working harder and longer hours to achieve or maintain a middle class lifestyle. Let’s be clear: Trump’s new tax law was a blatant attack on working families. It is nothing more than a transfer of wealth from working men and women to corporations. We will pay more, corporations and billionaires will pay less.

Now is not the time to sit on the sidelines – we have to roll up our sleeves and fight back like hell. One way we can do that is to be ahead of the game when it comes to messaging about the economy and Trump’s disastrous tax law. The National AFL-CIO and the State Federation will host a CSE Train-the-Trainer Workshop on May 12, 2018 at 9am.Common Sense Economics (CSE) is a messaging training designed for all workers to understand why this economy is not working for working people, and to prepare them to talk with friends, family, and coworkers about the economy.

I highly recommend the training as we start mobilizing volunteers and activists for this year’s election.
