Central Labor Councils (CLCs) and State Federations of Labor foster a strong community that works together to fight for bettering the lives of all workers and their families. They are at the heart of the labor movement and are made up of local unions in your area.

The CLCs are comprised of the working people in the following counties: Alger, Baraga, Chippewa, Delta, Dickinson, Gogebic, Houghton, Iron, Keweenaw, Luce, Mackinaw, Marquette, Menominee, Ontonagon and are the grassroots network of the labor movement's efforts to ensure that economic, education, healthcare, and other policies benefit working families.
